1, We will not be liable for any costs or losses for any parcels that go missing due to incorrect address details entered at the time of ordering on our website, or for parcels left in a “Safe Place” you accept full liability for the loss.
2. It is the customers responsibility to supply a correct delivery address, those details cannot be changed after an order has been made. If addresses need to be changed after ordering you must re-order products with the correct address.
3, We will not process orders or send out parts to a P.O Box addresses.
4, Cancelled or re-delivery of orders may incur a small fee or a restocking charge, we are charged by the credit card payment company and have to pass this cost on.
5, Delays with deliveries are unfortunate and are out of our control as we use a third party to deliver our goods: If your parcel does not arrive within 2-5 working days Monday – Friday weekends do not count as a working day, please notify us immediately. We do not send out replacement goods if the existing parts are still in transit. We have to wait up to 28 days before we can make a claim against the courier, we must follow procedure before refunds can be made which can take 30-40 days.
6, Do not book in tradesmen until you have physically received goods as we are at the mercy of third party courier companies and cannot guarantee delivery times and will not be liable for any losses incurred.
7, We recommend electrical parts be fitted by a suitably trained person and will not be liable for any damages or loss for incorrectly installed/fitted parts.

8, Attempted deliveries, items returned to supplier or manufacturer: If a parcel has failed deliveries due to no one being at the address to receive the parcel which has to be signed for and is returned to supplier or manufacturer, they may charge a restocking fee and return postage fees, if they do you will be deducted this fee if you proceed to have a refund.

9. Special orders or custom part will not be refunded.

12, Part numbers: Manufacturers occasionally choose to replace an existing part number with a new one. This practice, known as supersession, can occur for a variety of reasons. Typically, older parts are superseded by newer ones to enhance quality, address and rectify any imperfections, or to incorporate advancements in technology.

It is important to understand that such decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer. As a seller/distributor, we do not have any influence or control over these changes. Consequently, when you place an order, you acknowledge and agree to accept parts based on the manufacturer’s most current specifications and part numbers. This ensures that you receive components that meet the latest standards of quality and performance.
