Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days start on the day you receive the goods. If your order arrives in more than one delivery they start on the day the last delivery arrives.
To cancel, tell us in writing by email or through our contact form then ask us for an RMA number. Send the goods back to us without delay and no later than 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. Please buy tracked and insured shipping and put your RMA number on the parcel as we cannot accept untracked returns including “Return to Sender”. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless we delivered the wrong item or the item is damaged or defective.
We will refund the price you paid and the standard delivery charge to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of receiving proof that you posted them (whichever is earlier). If you chose a more expensive delivery than our standard option we refund up to the cost of the standard option.
There is no right to cancel for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised or for goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly. There is also no right to cancel for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.
Electrical parts and sealed bags
Parts are supplied in sealed clear bags with a tamper-evident label so you can see the part and check that it fits and has the right connections. Electrical parts cannot be tested or resold once they have been fitted. We will not accept returns if the item has been removed from the sealed bag. If you believe the part is faulty please contact us and we will deal with it under your legal rights.
Guarantees
Capacitors are guaranteed for 6 months but does not cover blown or bulged capacitors as your motor may be faulty and the cause of such damage.
You will require a proof purchase to start any warranty claim as we need the unit’s serial number (were applicable)
This warranty excludes misuse or incorrect installation.
Using our website
We withhold the right to cancel orders if we believe that any unlawful practices have taken place. We withhold the right to pass information on any such activity to law enforcement.
